Brokeback Mountain is coming out in Japan in March, woot! I saw a commercial for it last night at HMV and it reminded me how translations of films can totally change the meaning/impact of the story and dialogue..."I wish I knew how to quit you" is translated as "It's too painful!" Um, no. Sigh. Oh, well, at least I can see it on the big screen now!
